Miss Me?

So between life and other stuff happening I haven't posted in a while. Started working on Striped Parrot Tulip on Saturday. I think that this will look really good hanging next to Rose Beauty (which I still need to have framed LOL). Jordan had surgery last Monday and went back to school today so I got to spend a week taking care of my baby boy. Well this momma was pooped and needed some her time so I am kind of sad to say that once I sent him out the door with his sister to head off to school I did a bit of a happy dance. Since then I have been bouncing between housework and stitching. Off to work some more on the housework.

This is what happens when my hubby decides to let me sit and stitch all weekend and take care of everything around the house.

Tomorrow I have absolutely nothing to do so while the kids are at school and hubby is at work I am going to sit and stitch and catch up on my shows on the DVR.

Frigid Friday

Well it is certainly a good day to get in some jammies, make a cup of tea and stitch to my heart's content. I am loving and hating Crabby Crush all at the same time. Loving it because it is such a colorful piece and hating it because of all of the confetti stitches in it but I think that I have worked out a way to do the confetti stitches that won't drive me crazy (or make me less crazy than I was before).

Have a few errands I need to do once DH gets up then off to work and after that it is going to be sit and stitch for the rest of the day.
